I went ahead and booked based on this - I'm excited as this will be my first time flying JetBlue AND my first time with a nonstop coast-to-coast flight. Here's to hoping the facilities aren't that bad for such a long flight - I may have to make another first!

After a month of EPN being live there are some major issues related to commission reporting. CJ did an average job, but so far EPN is getting failing marks.

I'm excited about Ning - I almost went with them last time, but was seduced by Confabb being the "social network for conferences."

Amazing how much easier some small things are with Ning that were a real hassle on Confabb.

I jumped on and I'm really liking it so far. It's super easy to customize on a user level and really clean to read and understand. I'm going to like this SO much more than Confabb!

Yeah, I jumped the gun and thought I was registering them in my late night euphoria. Turns out I was paying to play in the actual registration. Didn't realize that until this morning and the title of the App Scout post didn't help my confusion.

How are you getting those? I thought the open to all auction starts on June 6 and right now just for those with trademarks registered before June 28. And:

I make exactly the same point as you do, when you say: "lease understand that I have absolutely no problem with protests, satire, uncomfortable demonstrations with a sharp edge of irony, etc. There is a needed place for those sorts of things in every aspect of society, especially something like Twitter where the micro nature of the platform often engenders a feeling of unnecessary importance (even more so than Techmeme and the blogosphere)."

I just put it in practice, unlike you.

You are organizing a vanity feed (you forgot to mention you also track your own name!) and that's fine, but...you don't HAVE to do that, as I've explained over and over again.

If the granularity for G-talk and/or Twitter isn't "there" yet, don't nerf the entire system and make it incomprehensible and crippled as a system just because of your own very subjective needs.

You, like others in this thread, seem incapable of conceptually thinking about Twitter a as a system, and how it will be affected when ever single subjectivity starts massively blocking people they hate, and then moving in packs and using hitlists.

As I've explained, it leads to massive invisibility of legitimate dissent especialy by top-level news aggregators. It leads to clumsy axes wielded against people innocently re-tweeting merely because they followed something and then retweeted their thought to their own circle of followers.

But I don't expect you to understand these subtleties because it seems more important to brand me falsely as a supporter of @panopticons and pretend that the mob that shows up in a thread like that, a tiny percentage of Twitter users and thinkers, can lynch the devs into nerfing something.

As it happened, Twitter deleted the panopticons account.

However, they didn't install the nerfing feature yet enabling people to put blocks within track. And I hope that's because they aren't being hasty about crippling their social media platform as a whole.

I think it's just ducky that you and some other A-listers and hangers-on think you can; run a thing like Twitter. But you'll come to see that disruptive media is disruptive *of you, too*.

Wow that sucks. It's already messed up enough that the affiliate has to face repercussions tax-wise on their affiliate income, but then to be dropped as well? Harsh.
