A cool thing about this video on YouTube (unfortunately it doesn't show up in embeds) is hat Wil has used the new video annotation feature.

i need to start playing with that.

I like this guy Wil! Paid links are fine if you do them intelligently. Of course lots of unique, well-written content is 80% of the fight. But some good links from high-ranking sites, forum posting, blog commenting or in good blog copy never hurts the cause!
