Thanks for the slides... What are your thoughts on buying existing sites through Marketplaces like SitePoint/Flippa that already have inbound links and PageRank?

I think its a great strategy to buy existing domains with PR and rankings. Make sure they have good, solid Google rankings but running searches on their indexed pages. Of course its on a case by case basis but you can get somewhere that way...
